  3. 3. Compare the same stay on result sitesOn sites that support automatic saving, save from the page just before payment. On manual-entry sites, select a recent search in the Chrome extension and enter the total you confirmed.
  4. 4. Check the comparison, then file the BRG yourselfReview the prices and booking conditions yourself, and if there is a chance, submit the BRG claim according to the hotel's policy.
