Claim window: Submit within 24 hours of booking (or of finding the lower rate), and at least 24 hours before check-in
Guests/rooms: Tightened for 2025-26: only publicly available rates for 2 guests in 1 room are compared (occupancy must match)
Excluded rates: Member-only, app-only, and unpublished/negotiated rates may be excluded from comparison
Currency: Compare tax- and fee-inclusive totals in the same currency (claims across currencies are hard to approve)

Claim window: Submit within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before check-in (based on midnight, hotel local time)
Guests/rooms: The hotel, dates, room type, occupancy, and prepayment/refund conditions must match, and the rate must still be available at verification time
Excluded rates: Member-only, unpublished, and package rates are excluded. Differences under 1 USD/EUR/GBP (or local equivalent) do not qualify
Currency: Totals must be in the same currency as the Radissonhotels.com booking. If approved, the lower rate applies plus an extra 25% discount
